In the course of his career, and with his legal background, Geoffrey has been involved in various matters concerning banking, insolvency, investigative audits, project assessments, transaction advisory services, independent reviews & evaluation, arbitration and general litigation. Besides banking litigation, he is familiar with banking documentation and restructuring work. He has been actively involved in numerous receivership and liquidation assignments spanning various sectors including manufacturing, property & construction, shipping, service industry, information technology and financial institutions.
